 •Use a lot of command verbs or 

   imperative verbs

 •Use a lot of technical words 

   related to the topic

 •Use a lot of conjunctions to 

   mean addition

 •Use a lot of persuasive 

   statements

 •Provide a detailed description 

   (including number, size, and 

   color) of the objects and tools

   used

Example 

   How To Do Plank

1.Position the body like face down, but do not let the body stick to the base.

 2.Position the face facing down and make the shoulders are in a relaxed position.

 3. After getting a good and correct plank position, start training the muscles by holding the stomach and pulling the navel area inward (the stomach seems to be slightly deflated).

 4. Make sure the body position is straight from head to toe.

5. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then release.

6. If you have succeeded in doing the plank for 10 seconds, and then, increase the duration of the plank to 30, 45, or 60 seconds.
